• Real-time system that automatically stores Buyers' parameters for 60 days.
• System cross-references the stored parameters with every new vehicle uploaded into the system to determine if a match exists.
• SMS alert system allows Text4Cars.com Buyers to never miss a listing when it appears.

Here's how it works?

• When a Buyer has searched through our entire system and no matches appear, they will be prompt to enroll into the Alert System.
• The Buyer will then accept or reject the service.
• If the Buyer accepts, then their profile on the desired vehicle will be stored on our database until a match appears.
• The Buyer will be required to enter in their contact information and a cell phone number (cell phone must have text messaging capabilities) as well as their network carrier and submit that information into our system.
• A validation code will be sent off to the Buyer's cell phone which the Buyer must enter in that validation code into our system.
• This will create a path for all the alerts to be delivered to the Buyer's cell phone in a form of a text message.
• Now the Buyer just waits until a match appears on our site.
• Once a match appears on our system, the Buyer will be notified immediately by text message.
• The text message will specify that a match is available and whether they are still in the market for their vehicle.
• If the Buyer is still in the market, then they simply reply back to that text message with the word 揳lert?
• Once the reply has been made, the Seller of the vehicle that matches will be notified immediately by a text message containing the Buyer's contact information.
• The Seller will proceed to contact the Buyer to discuss further details.
• If the Buyer is not in the market for their vehicle anymore, they simply reply back with the word 搖nsub?and they will be removed from the Alert System immediately. No more notifications will be sent.




As a Seller what security does this system have in place to prevent dead leads or fraud tampering?




Quality leads
The information that the Buyer enters in to establish contact with the Seller must be complete and valid. The system will not accept empty fields or telephone numbers that do not contain 10 digits. The Buyer is in the market for your specific vehicle and would not initiate contact for the purpose of not receiving a call back. The Buyer must be contacted back from the Seller by the form of a phone call. Buyers will not be replied to by email after the initial contact.




5 Lead Confirmation
One of the security features that we have in place that has been implemented by both us and the network carriers is a 5 lead confirmation. When you have received 5 leads sent to your phone, you have reached the system default limit. To continue our service you must reply back to the message or text message into 22748 the word 揧ES? Once you have done this, your account will then continue with the service until it reaches the next 5 lead limit. If you want to stop the service then just reply or text message into 22748 with the word 揝TOP? This will deactivate your account until you reactivate it again through our site.




Tampering or Fraudulent Leads Sent
If there are fraud leads sent or tampering with the system, our networks can determine exactly where the tampering originates from and take proper course of action to resolve that from happening again




What happens when I have sold the car or do not want to continue with the service?




If you have sold your car and wish to stop using the service, then simply log back into your account that you have setup and remove the vehicle from your listing. You can leave the account active for future use if another vehicle comes about for selling. If you wish to be completely removed from our system then there is a 揹eactivate account?checkbox that you have to check off. Once you have done that your account is no longer active in our system but your account information is still in our database. If you have the need to utilize our services again then all you have to do is login in with your original information and a new validation code will be sent to reactivate your account.

Another way to deactivate your account is directly from your cell phone. Just text message in the word 揝TOP?and the system will deactivate your account until you wish to reactivate it again. Keep in mind that if you go this route to deactivate your account you will have to reactivate your account to remove your listing. Otherwise your listing will still be evident on our site and you still could receive leads.

Primarily, you want to deactivate your account through our site.




How does the entire program work?




If you are a Seller卻etup an account


Step 1	Click the 揝ellers?tab and setup an account.
Step 2	Make sure you check the 損rivate or dealer seller?checkbox. If you are a dealership then check the 揹ealer seller?checkbox.
Step 3	Follow the instructions and enter in your information. Make sure when you are filling out the cell number and carrier that it is the proper information, this is very important.
Step 4	Once you have filled out all your information, you will arrive at the validation code screen. The system will have sent you a validation code in a form of a text message which is delivered to your cell phone. The code delivered is the code that you need to enter into the area requesting the code. Once it is entered in, your account is now active! (You will need to log-out of the system than log-in again to proceed to Step 5)
Step 5	Proceed to load your vehicle(s). Just make sure that you enter them in the proper categories (cars, trucks, boats, bikes, etc?.


Sellers receiving leads?/span>


When someone is interested in your vehicle, then a lead is sent to your cell phone in the form of a text message. The message will contain the Buyers first name and their contact number. All you have to do now is call them back to discuss further about your vehicle.



Buyers requesting information


Buyers can search for cars, trucks, boats, bikes, RV抯, utility vehicles and more. Once they have narrowed down their search and have found a particular vehicle, the simply enter in their personal contact information in the blue box at the bottom of the listing and hit the 揼o?button. Their information is now sent to the Seller and the Seller will contact them once they become available.
